new phone...

Well I have decided to purchase a new mobile phone and contract.. I have opted for the Sony Ericsson K800 on the 3 network after a good 5 years with o2.

I thought it was a good time to cange network as o2 were becoming more uncompetitive and 3 offered good value for money. I have heard horror stories with 3 customer service, lets see how they are! Also I used 3 way back in 2003 when they launched, but frankly they were shocking. No content, no network coverage and shocking phones, but with recent advances in technogoly things have hopefully improved.

I have decided to stick with a Sony Ericsson handset, as i decided it offered the best features for me and over recent years I have had a T28, T610, K608, K700, K750 and now a K800, hopefully it wont let me down.

Whilst purchasing my phone direct from a Three Store it made a refreshing change in talking about the phone and tariff that I wanted, unlike Phones 4 U who make you go on what they want you to buy, whilst making sure you have insurance and their phone line service and a tariff you clearly dont want!

Remembe:r: Never buy a phone from PHONES 4 U!!
